Integrative Healing in West Los Angeles & Online
We all reach a moment when the call becomes too loud to ignore. For me, that moment came after years of grief, trauma, and disconnection.
Sacral Root was born from my own healing — and my desire to walk alongside others in theirs.
LET’S GET PERSONAL
I often say Reiki was my gateway into the healing arts.
It gave me a way to release what talk therapy alone couldn’t touch.
Through my own lived experience of grief, relational trauma, and disconnection, I came to understand how deeply the body holds what the mind cannot yet name. Practices like Reiki, breathwork, sound, and somatic therapy helped me reconnect with myself in a way that felt grounding, honest, and alive.
That reclamation became my purpose — and Sacral Root became the container for it — and continues to inform my clinical practice today.
MY TRAINING AND APPROACH
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling and am trained in psychodynamic therapy, interpersonal neurobiology, and trauma-informed somatic approaches. My work integrates insight, relational depth, nervous system awareness, and neuroscience-informed experiential practices — supporting clients in moving beyond understanding their patterns toward lived, sustainable change. While my therapeutic work is firmly grounded in evidence-based psychotherapy, it is gently informed by the intelligence of the breath and attuned presence.
In addition to my clinical training, I bring a rich background in strength-based and somatic coaching. I have advanced training in somatic sex and relationship coaching, as well as in the Five Levels of Transformational Change — somatic, emotional, mental, behavioral, and unconscious — supporting deep, multi-layered work that meets clients on numerous levels. This coaching lineage informs a collaborative, experiential approach that bridges insight and embodiment, promoting change that is felt, integrated, and lived.
HERE’S WHAT YOU CAN ALWAYS EXPECT FROM ME
Safety and trust — a grounded, trauma-informed space where you can bring your full self.
Relational depth — the way we connect becomes part of the work itself.
Holistic integration — sessions attend to mind, body, and spirit as it pertains to you.
Practical impact — you leave with experiences you can integrate into daily life.
Relationship is the root of the work I do— not just the one you hold with yourself or with others, but the one we cultivate together.
True change doesn’t happen in theory alone. It happens experientially, in the body, in the nervous system, and in the shared container we create.
Through breathwork, Reiki, sound healing, and integrative psychotherapy, I support individuals, couples, and groups in creating embodied shifts that ripple outward into every part of their lives.
